By K. Dabrowski These boots are great!!!! They are actually extremely comfortable and really easy to walk in considering the height. The laceing allows for a custom fit. Seller was fast with shipping-would definately order from them again-I might even get another pair of these boots!

By Vanessa Denise The bottom of the heal broke off after less than a month of use. It literally peeled right off as I was walking to go out the door, good thing it happened at home so I was able to change into another pair of shoes before going out.Not Pleasers finest hour.

By Leah I was very pleased with these boots. The quality is great and given they're platforms, very comfortable. My only issue is they are a bit tight in the toe and don't zipper up very well.

Company Review - BOOTS WERE GREAT! Jan 17, 2011
By River Rose I will NEVER order from this company again. They were horrible. First of all, they charged my credit card BEFORE my boots shipped. Second, they shipped the boots USPS rather than UPS or FedEx (THAT pissed me off because I live in AK and anyone with a brain doesn't ship large items USPS!!). The post office marked my boots as delivered, and they totally WERE NOT. I checked around my neighborhood, and no one on my street had the package (so it wasn't delivered to the wrong house, it was either not dropped off or delivered to the wrong damn street!!). So I sent the company an e-mail explaining what happened (because as the shipper it is their responsibility), and they sent me an e-mail basically telling me to DEAL WITH IT, IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM, IT'S THE POST OFFICE! Not to mention the fact that whoever wrote the e-mail obviously did not speak English. There were so many grammar and spelling mistakes my six-year-old sister could have corrected it. I got super pissed, and it had been almost a month! I called the post office and they of course told me, "Well, it's been delivered, there's nothing we can do." So I called the company and chewed them out, asking them to send me a new pair within a week or take the charge off of my card. They refused to take the charge off of my card, but they did finally send me a new pair of boots. Unfortunately, this package required a signature, and when the delivery guy came, he brought me two boxes and said "Oh, and I found these in the truck." The first boots WERE never delivered!
I realize the delivery thing was the post office, not Spike Angel, but still - they handled it VERY badly. I mean, telling me it's my problem to deal with?! Are they NUTS?! Maybe it was just because I live in AK, I don't know. But I will never order from them again.
As for the actual item, though, I love the boots! They fit true to size and although it sounds impossible they are actually pretty comfortable. They are a great shoe, but I suggest buying them from a local store or another seller because Spike Angel's customer service SUCKS.
